October 2005 Club Show

2005's main club event was held in October at the Sports Connection in Coventry we had the biggest ever turn out of Dogues, we even had a huge turn out of Dogue enthusiasts who travelled half the country to just come and watch, and maybe to get some idea of how to show a Dogue at our next Club event. The Club were lucky enough to have Janet Gunn of Flintstock Bullmastiffs as our judge for the day and did an absolutely wonderful job thoroughly enjoying her day; Janet gave the Dogue de Bordeaux and the owners some huge compliments on the quality of the Dogues. The committee had such a good day and so did the members judging by the compliments we received that we all decided to hold a companion show at the same venue on Saturday Dec 10th.

Bullmastiff Qualifier

On the 7th of August 2005 we held a qualifier for the Bullmastiff match at The Coventry venue where our annual match will be held on October 9th.
The Judges for this occasion were your Chairman John Wood (dogs) and Secretary Adrian Bicknell (bitches)
Shaun Cairns Judged the puppy walk.
All judges were extremely impressed by the overall quality of the Dogues and the massive turn out. We would like to thank members Mr & Mrs Fray for the rosette donation and all the committee for the kind donations that helped make this event happen.
